Todo está dentro de lo aceptable. Tengo que reconocer que el personal es muy amable y eso mejor cualquier otra incomodidad. No hay mucho que hacer, luego del primer día ya se acaban las opciones de entretenimiento o efectos sorpresas hehe. Pero el hotel funciona bien si vas para relajarte y descansar. La comida es buena.

This is the second time in 3 years we have stayed at the finest. This place goes out of their way to maintain the high standards they have established. I have been in Punta Cana 24 times and have started at many resorts. I would say they are one of the best and we have stayed at. It's definitely the best when it comes to the excellence collection in Punta Cana. I would recommend anyone to go here and see what I mean. From the food to the room, drinks, and even going to the pool there's always someone there to put towels on your chair. Simply the best!!!
