This detached House "Silena" in Lagoa, Portugal offers a vacation rental experience with modern amenities and a private pool. Built in 2005, the property covers an area of 650 square meters and is fenced for privacy. Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking and a seasonal swimming pool (8 x 4 m) available throughout the year. Relax with Internet Wifi access during your stay.

The property boasts a storeroom and a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, available for use from January 1st to December 31st, allowing you to soak up the sun and take refreshing dips during your vacation.

House "Silena" is a detached property, ensuring privacy and seclusion. It is conveniently located in the district of Sesmarias, just 3.2 kilometers from the center of Carvoeiro and 3.3 kilometers from the sea. Nearby amenities include a shop (200 meters away), a supermarket (3.8 kilometers), and a restaurant (200 meters), catering to your daily needs.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room house with a total area of 170 square meters, spread across two levels. The tastefully furnished living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decorative purposes only), a dining table, and cable TV. This room provides direct access to the terrace. On the same level, you will find a room with two single beds (100 cm), a bathroom with a toilet, and another room with a French bed, both of which also lead to the terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, three gas rings, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining nook and an exit to the terrace. Additionally, there is a separate shower room with a toilet. Moving upstairs, you will find two more rooms, each with two single beds (100 cm), a bathroom with a toilet, and access to a balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities including electric heating, air conditioning (please note that heating may not be available in all rooms), a balcony, and two covered terraces. Outdoor furniture such as terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (seating up to 8 people) are provided for your convenience. The property also features a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and baby cot. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property.

Please be aware that this property is strictly non-smoking, and smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are present for your safety. Additionally, when the maximum occupancy of 8 guests is not reached, certain bedrooms may not be accessible for use. It is essential to note that the air conditioning, washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, heating, microwave, and television are available for your convenience during your stay.
