Whether you’re here to explore, work, or unwind, Southern Oak Cottage is the ideal home base for your stay. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a queen-size bed each and the other with two twin-size beds. Large couch in the living room pulls out to a queen bed, as well. Access to all bedroom closets available to guests. The main full bathroom upstairs has walk-in shower, and the other guest bathroom upstairs has tub/shower. Half bathroom downstairs by kitchen. Laundry room upstairs with washer and dryer and complimentary detergent. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine to brighten your day! The driveway and carport can fit 2 vehicles, street parking is not available. Outdoor seating areas provide on both front and back porches of the home. All linens and sheets are provided. Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner\`s closet in the living room, kept locked. In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property.
