Cons: You get what you pay for! The place is a second story building in a very busy part of Thayer street. It's very noisy at night, esp on the weekend, with lots of motorcycles and cars revving their engines. Goes on past midnight. You will have trouble sleeping if you're light sleeper or don't fall asleep easily. The bathrooms don't have toilet paper in each stall! It's a giant roll on outside of the stall. Our roll was completely depleted. So you're on your own! The walls are paper thin; you will hear your neighbor very easily if he turns TV on loud, which ours did.
The Pros: The location is very central to Brown. You won't find anything cheaper in the area. Lots of eateries and businesses within a block. The managers are nice enough on the phone and via email.

Texted staff that I required a very late check in due to attending a concert. At 930 p.m they texted me and said they were fully booked and they had gone ahead and checked me in to ensure the room and to have a great time at the concert! Got to the location at 1: 30 a.m. Valet service provided and smooth check in. Great staff.
