Very caring and helpful staff helped with every aspect of our stay and Machu Picchu trip. They arranged rides to the airport (not included) at our specific hours, gave us a welcome with health tips to ensure we acclimated to the altitude, and were available 24/7. Breakfast on the balcony is a must. Close to the local square and market. Highly recommended.
