7.2/10 Good! (1,004 reviews)
The pool and hot tub was closed, still advertising on board outside. Because I paid ahead through Expedia I could not get a refund for one night as we chose to leave early. The manager was asked by Expedia but refused. Expedia did give me 50 dollars in key cash. The lesson learned was don’t pay ahead, pay at the hotel.
