I was unsure about this booking as reviews was mixed, the self coded check in as i tried to use the key pad the sun was so bring you could not see to use it , but luck that someone was their to let me in manually, I was confused with codes as they gave you same code for front door and was same for your room, i managed in the end to get the right telephone number of contact and was assured that was correct, and it was actually all ok, the TV apparently was not programmed and so I did not know how to use it but that was ok, The room was clean, bedding was clean and i slept ok. The only thing I would suggest is better clear instructions, luck again i seen someone on my way out and he suggested using the back door to enter as the keypad was easy to see without sun on it, maybe get a shade for front keypad Parking was great and i was near the venue i was going to that evening so all in all worked out good.

Staff welcoming and good venue for walking into town

I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. We got to our room to find the bathroom was dirty (specifically the bath itself and it had a long dark hair in it to go with the dirt). The bed in the room was on an angle due to it being broken I assume and to top it off the room was beyond noisy due to the “festival” right outside of the window. I stayed for 30 minutes and left and went to the Travelodge down the road for a cheaper price and a far far better experience with every single aspect. Stay clear of this hotel.
