Most of the staff lacked basic hospitality skills, with the exception of Titus, who was kind, helpful, and professional despite limited resources. The hotel falsely advertises free breakfast but charges extra for eggs—dishonest and misleading. Staff also gossiped about me waking up late and shared it with locals—an appalling violation of guest privacy. The showers are dirty and dangerous, requiring you to step over a huge cement block to get in. There’s barely any hot water, and power cuts are constant—you must keep asking staff to restore it. Overall, this hotel is mismanaged, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here under any circumstances. One of the worst travel experiences I've ever had."
