I felt safe with all the safety features such as written instructions and fire extinguishers throughout The communication with host was quick when needed. Info was thorough. Only a 20 min drive to Zion National park. My sons all said the beds were so comfortable. One of the rooms was a little warm but host provided 2 fans which alleviated the problem. We had a few hiccups, but the space is fantastic for a group because it’s big enough to have your own space and be together. It is very warm in the summer months, it appears the a/c might not be able to keep up under 75 degrees on the thermostat, making the bedrooms almost unbearably warm. We stayed at a nice hotel in Springdale the last night bc the dates didn’t work to stay there the whole time and we were all saying how much we preferred the Watchman. It is thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need and it is very clean. Beds are super comfortable. Great spaces to spread out and relax. Lots of great places to eat close by and only about 20 mins to Zion- get there early! Highly recommend the Watchman. ##### Emily H. We had a great time at the property! Everything was just as stated, and we had all the amenities we could help for. They were very on top of things and responsive to anything we had questions about. As an example, we went out to use the hot tub and the patio fun lights didn’t seem to be working. It wasn’t even a big deal, but I mentioned it in a message, and within an hour someone was there to fix it! The house is about 23 minutes from Zion entrance. We were here for two nights and left early one morning to hike the Narrows. The house allowed us to comfortably decompress after a long hike. ##### Lori R.
