Perfectly located just steps from the beach/marina and a short walk to town, this quiet apartment is the ideal base for your next Mexican getaway. It offers a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a gas grill for outdoor dining (propane provided!). We also invite you to enjoy complimentary access to our kayaks, beach gear, and laundry in the secure ground-level garage.



The Space:

Unwind and enjoy this spacious apartment, located in a small 2-unit building just steps from a quiet sandy beach. Each apartment is an entire floor. The layout features a large bedroom with a king bed, en-suite bathroom and a desk for remote work. The open living room includes a full seating area plus a separate futon and half bath to easily host an additional guest. In addition to the private balcony off the living room, there is an expansive shared rooftop patio with panoramic views of the marina and surrounding mountains. This outdoor space is fully furnished with multiple dining areas, lounge chairs, and gas grill, making it perfect for sunset dinners. We have prioritized your comfort with individual air conditioning units in every room, high-speed fiber internet for seamless remote work or streaming, and access to shared laundry facilities and recreational equipment like kayaks and beach gear stored in the secure garage. The kitchen comes fully stocked along with essential cookware (coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, microwave, toaster oven), allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The bathroom is equipped with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and basic toiletries to help you settle in quickly. For families traveling with little ones, we can provide a portable crib upon request. This apartment is a wonderful choice for couples or digital nomads seeking a peaceful and well-equipped retreat near the water, where you can create lasting memories while enjoying the nearby fish market, restaurants, beach and marina.



Guest Access:

We offer a truly keyless beach experience; we will send a single code that will open both the main building entrance and your apartment door. You will have private access to the entire apartment and your own private balcony. You can also enjoy the shared outdoor spaces, including the ground-level courtyard, scenic rooftop patio with ocean views and secure garage with shared washer and dryer.

Enjoy the authentic charm of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle from our perfectly located apartment. Our safe, walkable neighborhood makes it easy to explore. You are just a short stroll from the town square, local fish market, and marina. Whether you want fresh dining, bars, or community events like movie nights and live music, everything is within easy reach. Experience a relaxed residential atmosphere while staying minutes away from the best local attractions.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our location. You are within walking distance of the beach, the local marina, the fish market and the town center, making it easy to explore on foot. If walking is a challenge, golf carts are available for rent nearby. Uber and local taxis are affordable and reliable options for airport transfers or trips to neighboring towns. If you plan to explore the wider Banderas Bay area, the bus is within a 5-minute walk, but renting a car is also great choice, and you will have full access to our secure garage parking throughout your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in time is 3pm (15:00) and check out is 11:00am (but it's possible these can be flexible if needed). We welcome couples with a child or infant. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The use of stairs is required to enter/use the apartment. Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the property and events are not allowed. We ask that you respect our general quiet hours, from 10pm-8am. Free garage and street parking is available for your convenience. The apartment is located 1 block from a quiet beach and the marina. It's a 4-minute walk into the center of town. It's in a very safe residential neighborhood, but we do have to mention that streets are mostly cobblestone and have been challenging to those with strollers/wagons for very young children. A golf cart rental may be suggested if you have mobility issues or tiny children to cart with you.

- If you're staying more than a week, let us know if you'd like to add an extra visit from our cleaning lady for a small added fee.
