The washer and dryer left A LOT to be desired. They are both really old and need to be replaced. The washer smells moldy and the dryer sounds like a rocket ship. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Perhaps a better sizing or repositioning of some furniture would help. The china hutch in the dining room is not necessary at all and would make that room more navigable. The outside could benefit from some trimming and weed control.
