The animal friendly policy for both cats and dogs for no extra cost is great. Helped us out tremendously on trip to move my daughter from Montana to Wisconsin. Had pretty good breakfast including crispy bacon. Staff is friendly and polite. Moderately priced too and clean spacious rooms, walk in shower. Free coffee, tea, and soda fountain 24 hours a day.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Bonus they have 24/7 fountain drinks, coffee, tea, etc. available in lobby. Yes the elevator #1 button was malfunctioning in that it didn't light up but there were directions right above it and it beeped when you pressed it and took you to the 1stfloor. The front desk said it is being replaced on Friday. 7-9 minute drive from UWL

Reserved 3 rooms for a family event in LaCrosse. Assigned the rooms incorrectly but made every effort to make things right. No housekeeping on the weekend but front desk accommodated request for clean towels. Would seem like it would be a good idea to inform on registering about no housekeeping services on weekend. Staff was very nice and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We loved the location and the room! We got a suite and it was perfect with the full kitchen and bunk beds in the queen room- with a pullout sofa. The large table with chairs was also so nice to have. Great bathroom and space overall in the room. The breakfast was lack luster but nice to have available.

From Check in to check out, everything went very smoothly. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and very convenient. Being able to park on site for free is always awesome. This hotel was close to everywhere I wanted to go. My stay was wonderful.
