  • The apartment is right on the beach with magnificent views, parking, a pool… It has two bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds—two bathrooms (one of which is a full bathroom), and two terraces, one facing the ocean and the other facing the pool. It’s located on the 3rd floor (with an elevator) in the Gabinas building.<br>The nearest beach is 150 metres away, the town centre is a 5-minute walk, etc… There is an underground parking garage in the building; the maximum height is 1.85 cm, and it costs 10€ per night. In addition, there is a tourist tax of 2€ per person per night and a pet fee of 7€ per night.
