On the outskirts, 1.1 km from the centre of L'Escala, in a sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 280 m from the sea, 280 m from the beach. Private: garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, single garage. Supermarket 450 m, shopping centre, restaurant, bakery 200 m, bus stop 1.4 km, railway station "Figueres" 26 km, sandy beach "Platja de Riells" 280 m, diving center 800 m. Sports harbour, surf school, sailing school 800 m. Nearby attractions: Ruinas Greco-Romanas d'Empúries 2.7 km, Museo Dalí en Figueres 26 km, Skydive Empuriabrava 32 km, Casino-Festival de Peralada 30 km, Pitch and Putt de Gualta 15 km.  
4-room semi-detached house 75 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and digital TV.
