Was a nice enough hotel, a little dated, but a clean room and comfy beds. However when we checked in they slapped us with an extra charge for my son's breakfast. We booked 2 adults and 1 child (including breakfast), but they told us that the booking only included breakfast for my wife and I, and not my son. The reason they told us why was that there was some problem with the Hotels.com website. I showed them the booking printout and argued as much as I could, but my Japanese is limited.
