### Studio Apartment 'Rheinblick' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Arrival is possible between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., but no later than 8:30 p.m. After this time, entry is not possible.  
  
This holiday apartment in Kadelburg boasts a unique location with direct views of the Rhine and access to the riverside property. You can enjoy a sunny, private terrace with a beach chair, sun lounger, and awning. The bright apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a window, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer, large and small towels, and a drying rack. In the basement, you have access to a shared laundry room with your own washing machine and dryer.  
  
The 35 m² accommodation consists of a living and sleeping area with two comfortable, adjustable armchairs where you can watch TV or admire the Rhine. Wi-Fi is available. There is a fold-down bed for up to two people and plenty of bedding for summer and winter. The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. The studio offers a covered terrace with Rhine views.  
  
Public transport is within walking distance. Free parking is available in the courtyard, and a garage parking space is also provided. The property offers direct access to the Rhine. An elevator brings your car to the underground garage.  
  
Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. The property follows waste separation guidelines; further information will be provided on site. After booking, you will be asked to complete a contact form to help prepare for your stay.
