I advised a gentleman at the front desk and the next day he said someone checked and there was no noise. Long story short I ended up booking another nearby hotel and left 3 nights before due, even though I had already paid. There was no attempt to offer another room or offer any compensation. The windows are single pane and the wind made them rattle. The hotel is dated and room was dusty, especially the heater and window area.
