Vortex supposed to be new, but this place is poorly maintained. There is a piece of durian on the floor when I checked in. The floor in the room is badly scratched. For some reason there is a big bump on the floor and the door cannot close smoothly. The sofa is old and had big holes. The toilet is the worst, it was poorly maintained and plenty of dirt on the floor and in the shower area. God knows what that is. The only thing that is good about this place, is the location. But plenty of decent hotel around that area. No receptionist, which is fine. Someone will drop you an email with password to the mailbox to obtain the key. Except they gave me a wrong pass code.
