However there is a lack of essentials where the kitchen is concerned and therefore it would be difficult to cook a meal. As we were travelling with 3 children (ages 5, 7 and 11) and a 70+ senior, it was not easy to find something within our budget, yet spacious enough to accommodate all and at the same time, conveniently well located to all the attractions! RPSSA is strategically located. It is about 8mins' walk to Pudu Sentral Bus station (where u can catch express bus to Genting Highlands for instance), 13 mins' walk to Petaling Street (Chinatown), 10 mins' walk to Berjaya Times Square, Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang etc We booked a 3 bedroom apartment at a good price for 4 days 3 nights. The rooms came with King beds and ensuite bathrooms. The living hall is big with sofa, TV (reception not too good though), 6 seater dining table. There were microwave, toaster and washing machine. There were supposed to be a dryer but it wasn't there. The fridge has no trays and the bottom drawer tray is broken. Some unimportant room lights were not working too. The water heater was quite silly...it came with a very short electric wire that is attached to the flask...so you have to unplug the whole thing, top up water and then plug it in again.The room cleanliness was acceptable but we can tell there were layer of dust in the wardrobes..possibly unoccupied for a while. We can use the swimming pool and gym but we were unable to borrow the pool towels as we were officially not guests of the hotel. Ran Pacific hat Räume im gleichen Gebäude. Beide haben aber nix miteinander zu tun. Die Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Service unterscheidet sich deutlich! Ich benutze das Swiss Garden Residence seit 2012 regelmäßig, mindestens 5 mal im Jahr. Versehentlich habe ich das Ran Pacific gebucht (betriebsblind, nicht gelesen, nur die bilder gesehen). Ich wollte 11 Nächte bleiben. Bin nach der ersten Nacht ins Swiss Garden Residence umgezogen. Die Wohnung war unterirdisch. Nicht gereinigt, teilweise zerstörtes (!) mobiliar. Siehe Fotos! Alle wichtigen Annhemlichkeiten wie: Save, Frühstück usw. fehlen hier! Nicht einmal eine möglichkeit der Kreditkartenzahlung wird angeboten. Die "Rezeption" befindet sich in einer der Zimmer. Kommt man nur nicht ran, weil man beim Einchecken die Notwendige Karte für den Fahrstuhl nicht hat. Also anrufen, und glück haben, das er grad im Büro ist.
