The first floor features a spacious living and dining area with a sofa nook, a large dining table, and a built-in kitchen. Also located on the first floor are a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a hallway, and a covered terrace. From the bedroom, the bathroom with a shower and toilet—located directly across the hall—is easily accessible even for guests who use a walker, thanks to the barrier-free, extra-wide doors.
The attic features three bedrooms—each equipped with either two single beds, one double bed, or one single bed—a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower, a separate toilet with a washing machine, a sauna, and a covered balcony. There are also two parking spaces and a lockable bike shed with charging stations for e-bikes located directly next to the house.
The initial supply includes bed linens, towels, dish towels, and—if the sauna is used—one sauna towel per person; this is included in the booking price.
The house features a lawn that is available for various recreational activities, such as badminton.
