Brand-new apartment (completion March 2026) with a harbour view in Greetsiel!

We welcome you to this high-quality, approximately 65-square-meter apartment in a great location in Greetsiel. The light-filled living and dining area on the upper floor features a cozy sofa and armchair arrangement, including a large TV and direct access to the furnished balcony. Adjacent to this is the dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, which includes an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a separate freezer, Senseo pod machine, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, salad spinner, blender, tabletop grill, small raclette machine, and waffle maker. Also on this floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, TV, and an infrared sauna, as well as one of the bathrooms with a heated towel rack, sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.

In the attic, there is another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a dresser, an armchair, and a TV. This floor also features two more highlights of the apartment: First, you’ll enjoy a great view over the dike toward the harbour of Greetsiel, and second, the side gable has been transformed into a wonderful place to relax, complete with a comfortable mattress and an electrical outlet. You’ll also find the washer-dryer up here, as well as the second bathroom with a sink, toilet, walk-in shower, and heated towel rack.

The entire upper floor is tiled and equipped with underfloor heating; the attic (with the exception of the tiled bathroom) features high-quality laminate flooring. All windows are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens.

In front of the house, there is a parking space and a garden shed with an electrical outlet for your bicycles. A wallbox for charging electric cars (upon prior registration and for a fee) is also available.

Dogs are not allowed in this apartment, and smoking is prohibited.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
