He was quick to answer any questions we had (both before and after we arrived in Bonaire). The house was well equipped and in close proximity to beaches. He also has a nice pool which is great for a quick dip after snorkeling. His place is on the south side of the island, about 5 minute drive to the airport and 10 minutes to Kralindijk. The only reason we rated the location with 4 stars was because the place wasn't on the water (but we knew that before we arrived). I highly recommend his place if you want something nice and relaxing, away from the noise and congestion of Kralendijk. ##### Pam S. We REALLY liked this accommodation. It had 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with walk in shower on the upper floor. Each BR had its own A/C. There was a large shared deck off the master bedroom with a partial view of the ocean. Downstairs had a kitchen/living room, half bath, and a laundry room. It opened up to large shared, shaded patio and a pool. The patio had ample tables and chairs, an honour fridge with very reasonably priced beer, wine and soft drinks. There was also a very well laid out area to rinse and hang to dry our scuba gear. After a day of diving we would rinse and hang our gear, then have a soak in the pool, then sit out on the patio and have a cold beer and share stories with the the other divers. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were 2 outside BBQs. We made the mistake of doing our first grocery run before checking in, only to discover that the unit was much better supplied than most VRBO's and we had bought many items that were already there. Rodney was the perfect VRBO host. He was never intrusive but always readily available and a wealth of information on where and when to dive, restaurants, stores, other activities on the island. He even lent us his underwater camera to use one day and loaded all the pictures on a stick for us. All in all we felt we got GREAT value for our money.
