The address given was to one Oasis, only to be told it was the other one we were at. Had to pay text twice. This one was near nothing, the beds were extremely hard, no cups, kettle. They did have 2 waters in the fridge. Nowhere to go unless you got a teddy or a scooter. Rooms dark, paired dark grey. When i used the translate to tell them we were checking out early and went, he just said ok and took the keys. Didn't check the room or anything. I messaged the property to tell them we were leaving early and why, still have not heard back and nothing shows our stay was shortened. Sent a second message today asking them to confirm the early check out. Really struggled to get taxi booked and got majorly ripped off. Room full of mosquitos and no nets, virtually no lights in the room! Way over priced for what it was. Inget fungerande wi-fi i rummet, ödlor i vårt rum. Fräscht och modernt i övrigt. Tveksam service. Köpte biljetter av hotellet till koh lanta med båt + transfer. Transfer kom aldrig så vi fick ringa och påminna dom. Receptionisten får då köra oss, framme vid piren 5 minuter innan avgång. Visar sig vara fel pir och receptionisten har redan åkt så vi får ta taxi för 400 bath till rätt pir där vi precis hinner med båten. Hotel was hard to locate. There are 2 hotel of the same name. Need to travel by bike to source out for food. Peaceful sleep. Room were very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. ##### SITI ### 8/10 – Bien #### Voyageur vérifié 25 juin 2015 Points forts : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement et confort de la chambre. #### Space themed room we booked a room with a tub and was very excited about our stay; although when we checked in, they said it was an issue with the site and we did not pay for a tub. That was not cool with us, and the have us the run around. We talked to someone on the phone and they quickly had a room cleaned for us. Once settled the room is great. Very new and dark feeling. There was very little natural light-- kind of felt like staying in a cement bunker. But honestly it was kind of fun. ##### Voyageur vérifié
