« We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. »

Jamais déçu par cet hôtel ou tout est fait pour satisfaire le client. L'accueil est chaleureux, la chambre est grande, confortable et très propre. Le personnel est très disponible et souriant. La piscine est grande et très propre, surveillée par une personne qui distribue également les serviettes de plage. Quant à la plage devant l'hôtel elle est...

Tout est laissé à l’abandon (matelas déchiré et tache sur les transats). Les baies vitrées n’ont pas du voir un chiffon depuis des années. La plage devant la maison est plein de détritus. « Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse, très bien décorée, salle de bain immense, la piscine de l'hôtel est très sympa avec une partie jaccuzi, la nourriture du restaurant est excellente. Par contre le manager est très antipathique, dès mon arrivée j'ai été accusée d'avoir mal rempli ma réservation et il m'a été facturé 20 dollards de plus par nuit.. litige en cours...ça a été très désagréable, et c'est d'autant plus regrétable que les salariés de l'hôtel sont charmants »

« Place was good and all things acceptable. Stay was plasant with very oblidging staff. However, the location is terrible. Very difficult to find and is road, if you can call it a road, is horrible. Full of flooded potholes in complete darkness at night. »

« Bonsoir, Nous avons fait une réservation sur votre site pour cet hotel mais arrivé sur place l'hôtel avait toutes ses portes fermées ce qui nous a obligé à passer la nuit dehors. Je dois vous dire que ce vendredi 20/03 était le premier jour d'un couvre feu instauré par le gouvernement Sri Lankais. Par contre il me semble incompréhensible que votre site permette de faire des réservations dans ce cas de figure. Il va de soi que j'attends de votre part le remboursement de cette nuit.
