Hotel is pretty new, so in good condition. 2 major issues: First is the room I stayed, water release very slow through the pipe in the shower room, but not blocked, water still can be cleared off after shower done. You can get almost anything here, super market, groceries stall, laundry shop, cafes, and lots of local food stalls.
