Heated private pool, near Dubrovnik,8+2,ideal for families&groups
- Villa Antonija is completely renovated 200 sqm villa, situated on a 4000 sqm plot in the village of Močići (region of Konavle), just 20 min drive from the historical centre of Dubrovnik.
Villa consists of four double bedrooms, five bathrooms with shower, 35sqm living room, kitchen and dining room. Each room has satellite TV and air condition. In front of the villa there is a big terrace, 40 sqm private swimming pool, BBQ and garden with olive trees.
Property is fenced so you have full privacy. Pool and garden face south and thus provide sun all day long.
The charming town of Cavtat is only a few minutes drive and offers shops, bars, restaurants, beaches, watersports and various activities. Direct boat to the old town of Dubrovnik and island of Lokrum runs from Cavtat each 30-60 min. Travel agencies offering various excursions, rent-a-bike, rent-a-car, rent-a-scooter are also to be found in Cavtat. Region of Konavle, as well is full of possibilities to enjoy nature, either walking, horse riding, ATV safari, cycling, trekking or running.
