Still wait for a refund for my stay, because I didn't used any services there. Bad service of the Hotels.com support team which wanted to know the name of the receptionist in that hotel I didn't even stayed for a day to give me a refund. I'm still waiting for an answer from the customer support, otherwise I will cancel the payment together with my credit card company.
