Villa Flamingo is a 2-bedroom secure garden villa with private pool. It is close to four beautiful beaches, the closest being Melati Beach. Shops, markets, restaurants, airport, pharmacy and local tourist attractions are all nearby. You will love this villa because of the ambiance, security, outdoor space, peaceful and quest neighborhood, natural light that fills all of the rooms, modern and stylish furniture, quality finishes, comfortable beds and luxury amenities. We offer: \- Beautiful outdoor entertainment area \- Free Wifi and TV channels \- Big Fridge Freezer \- 2 stylish bedrooms \- Beautifully designed Lounge and comfortable homely Kitchen with Dining area \- Beautifully landscaped garden \- 12 minute walk to the beach, near to 4 different beaches \- Safe in master bedroom \- Pool and Garden Maintenance (5x per week) and Cleaning Services (2x per week). Koh Samui is Thailand’s third largest island and is known for it's laid back easy going atmosphere. The town of Choeng Mon is home to many restaurants, bars and shops and is only a short 2 minute drive away. Samui Sanctuary Residence is a very peaceful, quiet and safe place with 14 villas only, no big roads around. Bangrak and Big Buddha are only a 5 minute drive from the villa and feature plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The ferry terminal is also located here for boats to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. Seven11 and Family Mart are located approximately 1km from the villa offering items to serve most daily needs. The Flamingo Villa was relaxing and tranquil. The pool was well kept and a lovely way to escape the mid-day heat. The support from NOK the villa manager and her team were fantastic. The Villa offered lots of space, in a quiet location near to Cheong Mon town/beach. ('though a car or scooter are needed) It's only a 5-minute drive to the main town. Location is good really, close to everything, only thing is that you have no view to the sea, but the small garden with lovely pool is super. Bedrooms are ample. Design and taste is great, if not to say super... Facilities are modern. It is quiet neighbourhood and safe feeling.
