### Stunning Beachside Villa, 4 Bedrooms, Private Pool

This beautiful contemporary villa is situated on the front line overlooking Bang Rak bay. Its situation and views can only be described as absolutely incredible. Just a short distance from bustling Bophut it is an oasis of calm and peace although with easy access to this sophisticated area.  
  
The villa comprises three floors with the entrance at ground level. There is a cloakroom on the left as you enter before passing into the main living area. Here there is comfortable lounge seating facing a wall mounted TV and music centre.l  
  
Also an indoor dining area with a lovely teak table and chairs for 8 people. At the rear is a modern fitted kitchen completely equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.  
A small utility room leads off the kitchen where a washing machine is situated.  
  
There are large sliding glass doors overlooking the sea. These flood the room with light and awe inspiring views and lead out to a large terrace with table and chairs for dining 'Al Fresco'.   
The whole balcony is enclosed with clear tempered glass balustrades. Stairs iin the living area lead to the bedrooms.  
  
On the first floor is a pretty air conditioned bedroom with twin beds. This also has generous storage and an en-suite room with basin, shaver points, shower and w.c.   
  
Across the landing is the master bedroom. A truly spectacular four post bed hung with white linen drapes is the centrepiece here. Also bedside tables and lights and with a comfortable chaise lounge and matching chair.  
On a raised plinth is a lovely bath. Also here is a shower, 'his and her' basins, shaver points and a w.c.   
Again glass sliding doors give access to a large private balcony with recliners and enclosed with clear tempered glass balustrades giving unrestricted views. Breathtaking.  
Two further air conditioned bedrooms are equipped with double beds, ample storage, bedside tables and lamps. These also have separate en-suite rooms with shower, basin, shaver points and w.c.  
These bedrooms also have glass sliding doors which give direct access to the swimming pool terrace.  
  
This terrace faces east across the bay of Bang Rak and enjoys the early morning sun. Loungers are available for 'sun worshippers' and a covered sala will be welcomed by those who want to relax in the shade. The pool itself is an absolute joy.  
  
There is safe, dedicated parking at the side of the villa for your vehicle.

#### Fantastic villa in a lovely location

We stayed here over Christmas (2 x families) and could not have wished for a better place to stay. The Villa is clean, spacious, with amazing views across the bay. Only a short distance from Fisherman’s Village where we enjoyed eating in some lovely restaurants. Would have no hesitation in recommending this gem and hopefully return one day.

We were 6 friends sharing the villa which we all found to be just what we expected and needed. Close to Fishermans village and with great views of the bay. All enjoyed the stay and thanks to Nicky for her advice and support.

#### Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough

This is an excellent villa which I would not hesitate in recommending to others. It is well stocked (we even found an electric pump for the children's pool inflatables!), beautifully set out and well furnished with a good sized private pool. Each room has an en-suite which is ideal when you are travelling as a large group. It is in an ideal location, 5 mins from the beach and some shops/restaurants and 12mins walk from the the Fisherman's Village which has an excellent night market and great restaurants and bars. Nikki and Angie were very responsive in the run up to the stay and during - they were very quick in dealing with any queries we had and were very helpful. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Koh Samui, I think it would be very difficult to find better.

#### Beautiful villa and great location.

My friends and I had a great stay here. The pool was particularly nice during hot days. The support staff (Nicky) and owners are very responsible. We had a problem with the AC and contacted Nicky. Nicky responded right away and the problem was solved. The Villa was very spacious. I would stay again. The location is right outside of nearby busy shopping areas, which I thought was nice benefit. It was quiet and easy to get to Fisherman's village. Great View.
