Frukostpersonal som tittade på telefoner i stället för att fylla på med mat eller duka av där gäster var färdiga. Wir hatten ein ruhiges Deluxe zimmer gebucht, dieses war jedoch direkt an der Hauptstraße. Das Personal wirkt überfordert und unfreundlich. Umbuchung war nicht möglich. Das Personal beim Frühstück ist ebenso im vergleich zum restlichen thailand unfreundlich. Viele sachen waren aus und wurdem nicht ausgefüllt. Tassen, Teller usw waren immer Mangelware und mussten ebenfalls bestellt werden. Die Zimmer waren von der Ausstattung ok, jedoch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Kaikki jutut toimi moitteetta. Hotellin rantabaarissa oli välillä musiikki liian kovalla iltaisin. There is also a small pool area, which helps a great deal to cool down in the heat! The rooms themselves are fine, has the basics but could use a little freshen up. If your after just a place to sleep and wanting to be out of the room most of the time then this place is good. The road which the hotel is on is currently under construction, which looks a bit chaotic but once you are in the resort/on the beach its not noticeable.
