It is an old apartment building that remind of communal apartments back in 60ies in Soviet time and there are NO mention of River apartments on outside of building or anywhere inside if you get past door lock with a code. Only way to reach owners and get instruction on how to get into building and get keys is by calling a Hotels.com number - in USA. I after getting really upset and spending 15EUR on long distance call to USA we finally got in... The apartment itself is +/- ok for a price, but surroundings in building are not the best to say the least. An der Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Die Toilette ist funktionell, die Dusche läuft nicht ab, erst nach 30 Minuten, das Waschbecken ist ein Witz. Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und nutzbar. Die Matratze ist Federkern, gewöhnungsbedürftig. Kennt man so kaum noch. Das Zimmer ist im oberen Stockwerk, mühsam zu erklimmen. Nichts für Ältere oder behinderte Personen. Checking in was very difficult without phoning ahead first, and even then our check in instructions were sent to a wrong number. Stayed for 7 nights but didn't once see the cleaner to get our towels and toilet rolls replaced, had to buy our own. The location was perfect though as we are a young couple and really enjoyed visiting the bars right on our doorstep. We had send them e-mail to tell them when we arrived and ask how to check-in, but never had any answer (we wrote via hotel.com AND wrote to their personal adress) . However, the studio was great and clean.
