Only complaint is cleanliness there was hair all over the floor when we arrived and the garage was very dirty even had a hamburger bun on the ground when we first opened the door we didn’t even use it and behind the bunk beds there was a bunch of stuff cleaners should get down there and get under the bunks since typically kids will be sleeping in this room I feel like cleaners overall could do a better job. Our trip to this house was a disaster. We arrived a month after Hurricane Milton. I wrote to iTrip to confirm the house was in good order after Hurricane Milton and I was assured that it was. When we arrived the netting surrounding the pool was destroyed, with some netting panels missing and some shredded. The managers denied that this was a problem at first, then said they would make repairs but did not give a timescale. We vacated the property and paid for alternative accommodation after one day. iTrip refuses any refund and we had to make a chargeback on our credit card to recover our costs. iTrip are a terrible company.
