"The hotel was very rundown. The room was dusty, curtains grubby & didn't close properly. Loose toilet seat & the cold water came out warm. Kettle & tray were very dusty with cups & glasses put on the tray top down. No hand towels. Breakfast, both selection & quality, very poor with only one staff ..."
