Property is well maintained and equipped with everything you need. Just be aware the pub next can get busy at times. The house was very clean and well looked after. One minor thing to be aware of is, being next to the Crabshell Inn, the early morning supply delivery and bin collection lorry reversing warnings as they backed up right outside the downstairs bedroom, which cant be helped, other than that a very enjoyable stay. ##### Lee Stayed 4 nights in Sep 2020 ### 6/10 Okay #### TREVOR Dec 12, 2019 Liked: Room comfort We found the Boathouse had a lovely position by the water but it is beside a busy and sometimes noisy pub/ restaurant. The parking is tricky, you need to be a confident driver to reverse into the designated space past the tables of the pub. The interior decor is tired and needs updating, however, there is everything you need and we liked the upstairs room.
