This special detached home is situated between the nearby picturesque and charming villages of South Milton and Thurlestone where you can explore and immerse yourself in the fascinating local history of the area and not far you can also enjoy fresh seafood at a quaint seaside restaurant overlooking Thurlestone Rock at South Milton Sands This exclusive property boasts a prime location where the beach is within walking distance; where you can swim, kite surf, walk your dogs, sunbathe or simply unwind in the peaceful surroundings. The architecture of Sea Reach seamlessly blends modern luxury with coastal charm, featuring spacious open plan living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows and an expansive outdoor terrace overlooking the sea.
