Plymouth is within a 45 minute drive, with the waterfront Barbican complex being a great place to spend an afternoon. This property enjoys a tranquil location, a short walk from the sea.

The large enclosed garden has a long lawned area. There is also a patio area with picnic-bench style seating just outside the lounge which offers guests a pleasant place to sit and enjoy the views across to the sea.
