Retaining original traditional country styling and charm, Ivy Farm features supremely elegant interiors and is set within expertly maintained expansive grounds boasting a heated outdoor swimming pool. This detached retreat is perfect if you are looking for large house for a group of friends or two families. With six gorgeous bedrooms, you will adore the space and opportunities this house offers. There's a village pub in walking distance and the excellent Congham Hall country hotel with its luxury spa just down the road. It's hard to know where to start when exploring Ivy Farm; the sumptuously furnished rooms exude class and style, yet there's a relaxed, homely feel about it all. From the moment you step in to the reception hall, you almost feel like you've walked into a film set. Nov 2, 2021 #### Beautiful, spacious house and garden combining style and comfort This is a beautiful house and garden providing plenty of space for a large group and high level of comfort. The hosts were friendly, professional and responsive. The outdoor pool is a huge addition to the appeal of the house and we used it every day during the last week in October. All bedrooms had double beds and a family group at full occupancy may prefer some twin rooms for children although this was not an issue for us. The house was very clean and well- equipped. It is in a pleasant rural setting with a village shop and nearby wooded walks and half an hour’s drive from the beautiful north Norfolk beaches. ##### Rosemary M.
