"Wonderful stay enjoyed by us all. Property well equipped & spacious kitchen particularly. Bedrooms & bathrooms worked well. Within a few minutes of our arrival we were so impressed we were disappointed to learn it was already booked for same time next year otherwise we would definitely have rebooked! "Pond Cottage is in a great location to explore the west and north coasts of Norfolk. The cottage is very well equipped and comfortable. The rear garden is also a sun trap - a good place to enjoy a drink after a day out. Many local Pubs to choose from if you wish to eat out but do book ahead as they are popular. "The property was situated on a new estate with parking for 2 cars allocated in the communal courtyard area. There were fields to the side and across the road from the cottage. A spa shop on the other side of the village was well stocked and was open until late. The cottage was nicely fitted out with quality furnishings and a well stocked kitchen.
