The Space:

Welcome to Sea A Chance! A BRAND NEW POOL is being installed and will be ready for your 2026 OBX vacation! This lovely home is located ideally close to both the beach and downtown KDH shops, restaurants, and attractions! Start the day with a cup a coffee on the deck while you enjoy views of the water and the fresh salt air. Head to the beach (only a 5 min walk) and soak up the sun on the KDH sand. When you return home, the stocked kitchen is ready and waiting for the chef of your group to whip up a delicious meal for all. Afterwards, you can go downstairs and play a round of pool or pingpong, or hit the town and grab some ice cream and souvenirs! When you're finally ready to go to bed, there are 5 comfortable and cozy bedrooms for you to rest in for the night. Sea A Chance is waiting for you - come enjoy your stay!

Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The Neighborhood:

Home to the famous first flight by Wilbur and Orville Wright, Kill Devil Hills is a beautiful and family-friendly town in the Outer Banks. You can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial and see the hill where the flight occurred, shop local business, or spend the day on the beautiful OBX beaches!



Getting Around:

The exact property address and home details will be sent to you with the check in instructions so you can easily plan your travels.



Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
