Once you step inside this bright and beachy home, you will be welcomed with coastal décor and cathedral ceilings in the great room. A dining area for six transitions into a comfortable living area, while the well-equipped kitchen boasts updated appliances and countertops. Three comfortable bedrooms and 2 full baths round out the interior at Champagne Shores. Outside, the large wraparound deck is where you will want to spend your mornings sipping coffee. Tennis courts were advertised as an amenity but were locked. The pool staff was quite rude trying to retrieve the key. The beds on upper part of the bunk beds were not made. Multiple dishes were put away dirty and there was hair in the shower. TV remotes needed batteries replaced. Overall the part of this house that was great was the outdoor amenities such as ping pong, darts, the hot tub, and fire pit. ##### John D.
