When booked on VRBO it said that it was a 5 bedrooms house. It wasn’t. When arrived we were short one bedroom. I was mislead on this rental. After spending over 2:30hours on the phone with people that could barely speak English and being sent from one person to another. 3 phone calls later they finally told me that the VRBO website did mention only 4 bedrooms. It didn’t! The website description was changed by someone to correct the mistake while they made me wait on the phone. VRBO made a fool out of me! I already have one reservation for the end of the year, that I’m not planning to change now, but one thing is true: I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN. ##### moacir t.
