Located on the second floor of the Sand Castle complex in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal living. Upon entering the home, you're greeted with a light and airy space, to make you feel right at home. Kick back and relax on the comfortable sofas in the living room where you can unwind after a busy day exploring the area or playing in the surf. The condo has two comfortable bedrooms, providing plenty space for up to four guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and has views of the ocean and features an en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and is perfect for additional guests. Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Stroll along the walkway to the beach, where you can soak up the sun, swim in the surf, or simply relax on the beach. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
