Built in 1972, much of the interior remains unchanged, including some of the decor & artifacts! 2 full baths & 2 queen beds, along with 2 twin beds. Comfortable furniture, kitschy decor, pet-friendly front porch and under-house area (picnic table, grill, ice cream maker, shower), LOTS of kitchen utensils, and tons of relaxing vibes! Games, books, Wi-Fi, TV's and the same beach & salt air as available at places costing 18 times as much!! 1 block from the Beach Road & 5th St beach access at the LIFEGUARD BEACH. 3 blocks from the Avalon Fishing Pier. Target (with Starbucks) is at the end of the street, and on the way to the beach.
