Turns out the downstairs bedrooms has a king and a queen which was a nice surprise. It was not perfectly clean but we know it's hard to get all the sand up. There was a dehumidifier in the area, but it could not keep up!The downstairs bathroom toilet needs repair. Does not stop running. The blinds in the master bath and downstairs front bedroom were non functional. The filters in the hallway need to be changed and a frying pan without scratches would be awesome. Two of the four of attendees came home with an upper respiratory infection. And last but not least, the outdoor shower reeked of mold and mildew as well. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fourth year renting Too Close and we love it. Very reasonable price and great ocean view. We will continue to book this house but we are definitely hoping the upstairs stove and refrigerator will be replaced soon. Everything you want is here, space, amenities, 2 kitchens, very close to the beach, less than 100 yards. Can’t say enough good about Too Close! It is quite bit bigger than it looks..and having 2 kitches/frigs..wow.. that absolutely amazing. You have ocean views, quiet street and less than minute walk to beach access! The kitchen was fully equipped.. and it was spotless when we arrived. The only issue we had was with internet, which was immediately identified by wonderful staff at Beach Realty and resolved.
