Beach Access: Just a quick drive and you'll have your toes in the sand, relaxing on the beach! From the home you can access the beach by use of the walkway at Arch Street, or drive a bit further south on Route 12 and visit the access at Hayman Street where there is a large parking lot, outdoor showers and pedestrian cross walk to safely cross the street. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets Allowed. Milepost 5.5 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount.
