This condo has 3 bedrooms with 3 baths and is a 'flat"-style condo located at Croatan Surf Club. The open living area is a perfect place for the group to gather and entertain. This condo is fully designed and decorated with the vacationer in mind. There are 2 King master bedrooms with whirlpool tubs and luxurious tile showers. The 3rd bedroom has a Duo/Bunk. The kitchen has granite countertops and features a breakfast bar. Amenities of the beautiful Croatan Surf Club include an outdoor pool area with a spa, spray ground for the kids, an indoor heated pool and spa, and an exercise room. A private walkway to the beach makes the ocean access so easy. Enjoy relaxing at the oceanfront gazebo with morning coffee or afternoon beverages! Close to shopping, dining, and the Wright Brothers Memorial. Covered parking, 3 elevators, Washer/dryer. It was clean, there were plenty of towels, it had a keurig in the closet for coffee, and the rooms are so spacious! Having the indoor pool and hot tub on the premises was such a plus for a December stay. The weather was beautiful so we could walk on the beach. I’ll be detailed in review. Kitchen was well stocked. Excellent appliances. The master baths are AMAZING. Furniture is bit used in living room, and dining table, but satisfactory. Not quite the view we expected. But, it was clean and perfect for what we needed. The master bed comfort was our only true disappointment. The mattress actually would lift up if you sat on one end , and every time you moved the entire bed would move & make loud noises ( and there was only one average size person using it ) The property was beautiful but could have been a bit more tidy , but one phone call and it was taken care of ASAP . We loved that it was pet friendly. We also liked the various pools, including the indoor pool which was extra handy on rainy days. Beach access was super convenient and lots of restaurants close by. Only minor complaint was that, due to COVID precautions, there were no blankets. Makes sense, but we were never notified to bring our own. We spent a week at the unit with our 3 girls and 2 dogs and couldn’t have had a better time. We checked in and found that the top bunk bed had not been made. When I called the management co. I was told that the cleaners don’t make it due to liability; we made it, but it was heavy and awkward. Also there were ants in the kitchen, kitchen drawers, under sink, countertop, and the third bathroom. I called about this (Sat. after 5), but the office was closed until Monday. There is an emergency #, but I didn’t use that. I left a message, but on Monday I needed to call again since First Flight Rental did not return my call/message. They said they’d send maintenance; ants were still there, had to call again. They sent maintenance again. Finally on Thursday (we were leaving on Friday) the ants were gone. We didn’t use the kitchen due to the ants. The rest of the condo/amenities were fine. I would never rent this property again even though the location was great. I’ve rented before from individual owners and would do it again, but not from rental companies. ##### Karen L. The master bedroom bed is very hard. The frying pans need replacing since everything sticks to them. I thought we were renting from a individual because that's what VBRO is suppose to be but...turns out it's through a rental agency, that's a little misleading. ##### Anna W.
