Quiet neighborhood and close to a lot of things to visit. Nicely decorated but there was no hair dryer, shampoo or soap that was listed as being provided. We knew it was a dog friendly rental but didn’t realize there would be dog hair from previous renters. The carpet needs a good vacuum/cleaning between renters. The screen door had tears in it and the veneer on side of the counter at the door is halfway off. The bbq is one like at a campsite and I am assuming the “garden” area is the backyard. It was not really inviting, but it was too hot to do anything outside anyway. It rained quite a bit and the gutter along the side of the house either needs cleaning out or fixing. It was over flowing onto the stairs. Had to use an umbrella or you would get soaked with gutter water. Might be a good idea to use a metal detector along the driveway because my son found two roofing nails where we parked. Very nice lot and location, just needs some tending to. ##### Crystal B.
