Hotel was spotless and generally spectacular. Major issue was not being able to get a lounger at the spa, and when mentioned to the spa staff very little was done to help (there were many loungers not being used, and proper policing would have made this more enjoyable for all) A handful of others ...

Smiths at Gretna Green
The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and resourceful. It's located close to the Museum and rail. Great food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner! Best of all, they had a fan in the room!
