Ranchs à Kiawah Island

« We love Kiawah Island and the Sanctuary! It's our little paradise in the South! Sanctuary is at its finest, the room, the staff, the view, the lobby and the grand staircases! Southern charm on point!! »

« Hôtel en bordure de lac, typique Caroline du Sud. Superbe. Proximité commerces/restau. Déco superbe si vous aimé le style néo-sixties. Nous avons eu l'excellente surprise d'être upgradés. Appartement de 2 chambres / 2 SdB / cuisine-living room. Personnel adorable et hyper efficace. Des gestes commerciaux. Idéal familles. »

« Wonderful Layout, Great Beach Access, and Fantastic Host!We really enjoyed our time on Kiawah Island and had a wonderful stay at this condo. The proximity to the beach was very nice—it was a short, easy walk along the boardwalk right to the ocean. We were even lucky enough to be there while sea turtles were laying eggs and baby turtles were hatching, which we absolutely loved! The owner was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—providing great support before booking, during our stay,...

« Great location! Excellent communication and quick response times. Unit is cute and has an amazing screen porch. »

« Don't book this expecting what the listing implies. It's titled for Night Heron Park and sells its proximity to it — and the pool is the park's main feature, the reason most people go there. Nowhere does the description say pool access isn't included. We'd stayed on Kiawah before and expected the access we had last time.Check-in instructions were supposed to arrive 3-5 days before our stay. They never came, so we asked the owner for them repeatedly, and only got them the morning of check-in while...

« We had a great stay! It was difficult to find a place on one floor with minimal stairs and a walk in shower for my elderly father. This place was perfect for dad with plenty of room for him to navigate all around the villa. The pond was great for watching wildlife! Very quiet location. »

« Exactly as advertised. Will return. Host communications were great! »

« Everything was spectacular! We loved it! »

« I’ve had Jeanette as a host for several properties. Everyone is right on point while labeled while organized. Great communication thank you. »

« Good people to work with »

« Condo was lovely overall. The public space layout was great and kitchen well fitted. The cleanliness of place needs work. There was blood on sheets on master bedroom bedding. Also, mattress was ridiculously soft - felt like we were sinking in quick sand. »

« We had such an enjoyable stay at this beautiful Turtle Point golf villa. The accommodations were exceptional - everything was so organized and clean. This villa overlooks the tee box of Hole #17 at Turtle Point. Each morning, we sat in the sun room and watched a family of deer walk by the side/back yard. The walk to the beach truly was a 3-minute walk - so convenient! Jeanette was a wonderful host who made the entire process easy with her timely communication and detailed instructions. We...

« We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this property. It has a great location, just outside the gates of the Kiawah Island Resort. The home is well laid-out, comfortable and well-appointed. The community pool is just a few steps away, and the beach is about a 10-min walk. Area was quiet, and beds were comfortable. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The owners were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. We ran into a few small personal hiccups, and the owners they could not have...
