"The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. "This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. "There's 2 coffee mugs. You better not have more than 2 people who want some coffee. The fridge was leaking. I called to report it as soon as we got there. No one showed up or called. We just had a lake in our room on & off for 5 days."

"We never got to enjoy all the amenities as it rained everyday we were there. The restaurant next door was closed for renovations which was too bad as it looked really nice! However, our room was very nice. It was clean and comfortable quite well stocked. We would suggest having paper towels and maybe salt and pepper if possible. "
