« The unit was reasonably well-appointed. It was clean, the bed was quite comfortable and the kitchen had almost anything needed to make meals. One deficit was that althoiugh there was both a drip coffe maker and a Keurig, there were no filters for the former snd no K-cups for the Keurig. That was not noted in the online description. In addition, the hot water temperature was surprisingly low and made dish washing difficult not to mention the shower temperature on a cool moring. »

« My two boys and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the wildlife & the golf courses. It was our first trip visiting Fripp and I know we will be back! Only one complaint we had was our shower never was hot..But we all managed! »

« Everything was great! Just as described. It's a compact room, but with everything needed to be comfortable when not at the beach. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, and the beach itself felt remote even with all the buildings nearby. At low tide there was so much beach!! I got the resort passes but none of the facilities were pet friendly and they were quite adament about my wife not even carrying our tiny dog where pets weren't allowed. We made do. The beach itself was very pet friendly!...

« The keyless entry lock on our rental unit’s door would not work—at the end of the day on Saturday with 2,10 and 11 year olds plus 2 adults wet from the beach and sandy because the showers coming off the beach near our unit did not work. The property manager sent a repairman—and he was tremendous. However—he worked on the door lock for over 2 hours without success and finally literally used a crow bar to force the lock to break and let us in. He profusely apologized for the inconvenience. « This unit is a good value for the money in a good location and was nicely updated. Proximity to beach and pools is great. A chest of drawers in the "closet" area would be a great addition. Parking was not as represented to me by the rep I spoke with at booking. There are approximately 30 Sunsuite units and only 10 adjacent unnumbered parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis.
